Permission is granted to temporarily access CourtIQ for personal, non-commercial use. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:
When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account.
Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis. Billing cycles are set on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the subscription plan you select.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the service until the end of your current billing period. Refunds are provided on a case-by-case basis within 30 days of purchase.

In no event shall CourtIQ or its suppliers be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on CourtIQ, even if CourtIQ or an authorized representative has been notified of the possibility of such damage.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the service. Your continued use of the service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
